Fresh and organic fruits and vegetables are full of good nutriments and vitamins that can boost your energy, immune system and improve your skin, body and health. Christmas holidays are coming pretty fast, in order to prepare your body receiving a big amount of food for a short period of time, to help him better digest and flesh out toxins more easily, I found a little something that might help you getting through this food mania! 30 days of juicing! Maybe, you gonna ask me: why doing a detox before and during the holidays and not after? Of course doing a detox is perfectly suitable for after the holidays, but doing it before is even more efficient. Why? As I'm used to juice already, I choose to start with a vegetable juice for my breakfast:
- 2 bunches of celery
- 1 cucumber
- 1 steam broccoli (I add one from yesterday evening)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 green apples
- 15 grams of ginger
- 1 lemon
- 2 ice cubes
