Lemon water in the morning
French - As you may know, the best way to start your day is to drink lemon water. First thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything else, squeeze half a lemon into a warm glass of water and drink it slowly, take your shower, get prepared and then take your breakfast. It is better to space the breakfast in order to make sure your body assimilates as many nutrients as possible. I also like to add a pinch of ginger / chili / and/or apple cider vinegar for an extra boost ;)
Drinking warm water with lemon is one of the best ways to:
